Do I need a credit card to sign up?

What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your vault data is kept for 30 days after cancellation so you can export it. You can request permanent deletion at any time.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade whenever you like. Annual plans include two months free compared to paying monthly.
How does the Family plan work?
One subscription covers up to 4 family members. Each person gets their own completely private vault with the full Complete feature set, and can choose to share specific sections with the rest of the family — or nothing at all.
Is the will legally valid?
The Will Builder guides you through creating a will for England & Wales and produces a print-ready document with signing and witnessing instructions. Like any will, it becomes legally valid once printed, signed, and witnessed correctly.
What is the vault passphrase?
An optional second password that locks your vault, separate from your login. Even if someone accesses your account, they still can't open the vault without it. You can skip it and add one later in Security settings.
